Blast Cabinet
We designed this blasting cabinet from incorporating two models together. This blaster comes fully assembled and even the vacuum is mounted and connected. Simply unpack and hookup air and electric and your ready to blast. This cabinet now comes with the same blasting gun as our most popular model BB-1000XLD that gives you the same features built for industrial use with a larger work area. This cabinet is unique in character due to it's built instrument panel and now comes with a three way control that allows you to switch from the hand to the center gun by the turn of a knob. Both guns on each half of the cabinet are controlled by a foot control switch that turns on the electramatic valve. This means you can operate the center gun doing small parts and the other half can operate the hand gun. We also replaced the feed hose from a 3/8 to 1/2 this increases the air flow and increases the blasting performance by double. Also with this model comes built in regulators and regulated pressure gauges. It has an entry door on both sides allowing for easy access to what you are blasting. The door has a safety sensor, if the door is not shut the cabinet will not operate for a safe operation. The most important thing we addressed was the air blow off gun in each half of the cabinet to remove the dust once blasting is complete. There Is Simply NO Blaster Built Like This On The Market!
